Lots of stray points, and everything is separate line segments instead of contiguous shapes-when I open them in Illustrator they look a lot like CAD exported files. The vector patterns Pepakura spits out are very "dirty". Once you have a PDF, there are two problems.
The patterns are out there so there's def a way to export them from Pepakura. They have to be vectors, but you're not screwed.
